What if I have no medical experience?
Many of our most successful caregivers started with no prior medical experience. We provide full, paid training to ensure you feel confident and ready before your first day.
How long does background screening take?
Our standard background screening process typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We keep you updated every step of the way so you're never left wondering.
Can I pick my hours?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. We work with you to find a routine that fits your needs.
What training is provided before I start?
You will complete a comprehensive orientation covering safety protocols, care standards, and hands-on shadowing with experienced team members in a real residential setting.
How quickly can I start working?
Once your background check clears and orientation is complete, you can usually start taking your first shifts within two weeks of your initial application.
